AREA RUG CLEANING

HOW WE CLEAN AREA RUGS

1. Our trained technicians communicate with you before arrival, making sure you know they are on their way.
2. Our team will start by inspecting the area rugs you want cleaned and talk through the cleaning process with you. ( Please note that in some cases we cannot clean area rugs on hardwood floors, and we will have to move them to a different surface to clean them.)
3. Then, Marshall will move furniture that is safe for us to move and prepare the area for cleaning. (Customers are encouraged to move as much as they can before we arrive so we can serve you the best)
4. We start the area rug cleaning process by pre vacuuming the entire rug before we start the spot cleaning process.  Marshall focuses on spot cleaning areas that need extra attention and then pre-spraying all areas of the rug.
5. Then we connect to our state of the art truck mount systems using our rug cleaning machines to deep clean. This machine pumps hot water into your area rug to release any dirt deep within the fibers, extract the water and remove the dirt.
6. The powerful suction of our rug cleaning machine removes a significant amount of water so your area rug will dry quickly.
7. Lastly, we will complete a final inspection to make sure you are happy with your clean rug.

In some cases we will recommend off-site cleaning where your rug will be transported to our warehouse where it will be dusted, washed, rinsed and dried with special care.
